Who pays what?
The host country and the host organization pays for the stay for one team (5 nights and meals 4 participants 1 team leader).
If you want to stay longer or want to stay in a single or double room you will cover the additional fees yourself.
If you stay at Gärdet you also get breakfast there and that will cost 15 SEK more each day
We do not cover transportation to and fro airport.

I need extra rooms!
If you have made changes in your flight and need extra nights and haven't reported this to Hedvig before the 17th,
we cannot guarantee your rooms but we will try our best.

How do I pay?
You will all receive an invoice from Young Scientists Stockholm
with the necessary payments for admission fee, extra participants, extra
days etc. We are currently using our money to cover these costs and we need
you to pay us as soon as possible. You will each receive an code to identify
the transaction and the payment cannot be split.
In the last accommodation sheet you will find the cost for each person (excl
admission fee) in column I.
We cannot see from which account the payment has been made,
this means that if the transaction code is not present in either a message
or elsewhere in the payment we cannot identify the payment.

Will you meet us?
If possible we will met you at the airport otherwise we will meet you at
the bus or train station in central Stockholm. Some team will travel by the
airport Skavsta and others by Arlanda. Please visit

get form the airport and also how to get around in Stockholm.
Please email us what time you arrive so we can meet you.

Who arranges for metro tickets?
We will buy metro cards for everyone in the first teams.
We are trying to get a lower price for the extra participants,
therefore the sum is not included in the invoice.
You can make the payment in Stockholm.

I need a new invitation, there is something wrong with the one I have.
If there are certain details that must be mentioned in the invitation and
that wasn't in the ones you were sent long ago, please email me again and I
will make a new one according to your needs. To send the invitations by
physical mail will take time, default will not be that this is done. 

What happens if I need to contact a functionary during IOL?
There will be a phone you can call and there will always be a functionary there to answer.  The number is: +46736433315

What about excursions?
There will be several different excursions to choose from, all participants will not go to the same exursions.
Some are free, others costs. Your can make the decision on Östra Real.
